There’s only one true G.O.A.T! (Greatest Of All Time)

It’s highly possible that you, dear reader, already have a specific name in mind.

Right now, you are either trashing the title or celebrating it.

It’s the ultimate football argument—one that has divided fans across the globe and sparked fierce debates for nearly two decades.

The points from either side are valid, and at this stage, it usually zeros down to personal preference. For some, it’s the sheer weight of the goal account and relentless athleticism. For others, it’s the pure magic of the touch and natural vision.

But arguments aside, one thing is undeniable: both players are extremely excellent at their craft.

And that right here is the focus of today’s Monday Reflection.

The ultimate goal in your life, career, or business shouldn’t just be to get by. It should be to become so remarkably good at what you do that the only debate left about you is whether you were very good or absolutely excellent.

We only pit Ronaldo and Messi against each other because both have been utterly tremendous in their art. As you could have figured out, no, this piece is not here to declare a winner. The real story is about how their fierce rivalry completely redrew the boundaries of what is possible. They have pushed each other to heights neither might have reached alone, setting a standard so high that they became the ultimate benchmark.

What makes them legendary is their terrifying consistency for nearly twenty years!

So, as you step into this new week, purpose to be so brilliant and so consistent in your execution that your standards leave no room for debate.

Have an excellent week!

Of course AI can write for you. Just like most people can run a marathon or play football—but most people aren’t Eliud Kipchoge or Bukayo Saka. In much the same way, AI can write for you.
